Sue's seasonal retreats give participants time to reconnect with themselves and nature.

Retreats include a number of yoga sessions each day, meditation, relaxation, nutrition sessions, massage therapy and nourishing food for the body and soul. 

Each participant comes away with insights to further improve their health and wellbeing.

Immerse yourself in everything this region has to offer – famous white villages (pueblos blancos), amazing coastline of Costa de Sol, the heady scent of orange blossom, and wonderful Moorish architecture. Experience one of the best yoga rooms in Spain – designed by Simon Low - during our daily yoga sessions. In your free time, unwind by the pool, enjoy a massage and soak in the quiet charm of this rural retreat. Nearby you can play golf, sail, hike, or take an optional excursion to the world heritage listed Alhambra. Accommodation comprises shared or private rooms. All have ensuites and your own private balcony or terrace.

      A Typical day would look like this:


  • Yoga session (Hatha incorporating Pranayama, Relaxation)
  • Breakfast
  • Free time / Information sessions on yoga and lifestyle topics


  • Lunch
  • Free time / cooking class
  • Late afternoon Yoga (Hatha or Yin) OR Stretch class
  • Dinner
  • Yoga Nidra / Meditation / Relaxation

One day will include an excursion to the Alhambra. (additional cost)

Free time slots may include organized group hikes, excursion into Malaga, or sailing depending on interest.


The nearest airport is Malaga, which has an international airport. It is only 30 minutes' drive away, and we can arrange airport pick-up if you don't want to hire a car. There is also AVE train service from Madrid, Barcelona, and Cordoba to Malaga.


Booking: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance is due by 31 December 2018. You may also pay in full at the time of booking, if you prefer. Bookings made after 31 December 2018 must be paid in full.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or by credit card and PayPal.


It is a condition of this holiday that each person has personal travel insurance appropriate to activity and fitness centred holidays and cover for travel expenses in case of cancellation.

About our Co-Facilitator: Caroline Kades is a 500 hr trained yoga teacher and qualified Yin Yoga teacher. She has also completed training in Meditation and iRest Yoga Nidra. Caroline’s yoga teaching experience and interests are in healthy ageing, functional yoga, relaxation and breathing coordinated with movement.  Her classes are designed with practical applications for daily life, and she teaches with both humour and concern for the holistic welfare of her students.
