Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance is due by 1 May 2024. You may also pay in full at the time of booking. Bookings made after 1 May must be 2024 must be paid in full. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be notified in writing and will take effect on receipt of the notification. Cancellation fees: Before 31 March 2024 $150 Before 1 May 2024 100% deposit From 1 May 2024 100% payment (We will endeavour to fill your spot if you need to cancel. If filled, you will receive a full refund less $150 admin fee) Participants will provide their own transport to and from venue unless a transfer has been booked. PAYMENT On receipt of your booking form you will be sent an invoice for the deposit or payment in full. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
